Question 1

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Add the games you want to the cart, then send the order as one WhatsApp message to +961 78 748 065. We reply, confirm your address and the delivery fee, and the box goes out.

Question 2

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the box arrives. No card, no transfer, nothing charged on this site.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

One to three working days anywhere in Lebanon, counted from the moment we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

Question 4

Do you ship outside Lebanon?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We deliver inside Lebanon only. If you are abroad and want a game sent to someone here, message us and we will sort it out.

Question 5

Can I return or exchange a game?

Accepted Answer

No. Once a game leaves us the sale is final: a case file cannot be unread, and we pack every box ourselves. If something arrives wrong, message us on WhatsApp the same day.

Question 6

Do you make custom or corporate games?

Accepted Answer

We are open to it. Tell us what you have in mind on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can build it and what it would take.

Question 7

Can I stock your games in my shop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lebanese bookshops, gift shops and cafes already carry our games, and we sell to shops at wholesale prices. Message us with your shop and roughly how many units you have in mind.

Write it here, we get it on WhatsApp.
